IMPORTANT SELLER DATES
Thank you for being part of The MotherLoad family. We are excited to celebrate our 10th year of helping families buy and sell quality children's items while creating a fun and rewarding experience for our consignors.

Please review the following important information carefully.

Item Entry Deadline
All items must be entered into the system and tags printed prior to drop-off.
Deadline for entering items: August 1st at 11:59 PM.

Restock Inventory Program
One of the advantages of selling at The MotherLoad is the opportunity to keep your inventory fresh throughout the sale by participating in our Restock Inventory Program.
โ
As items sell, empty spaces are created on the sales floor. Restocking allows sellers to bring in additional merchandise after the sale has begun, giving you another opportunity to increase your sales and earnings.

How Restocking Works
Sellers who wish to participate in restocking must select a Restock Drop-Off Appointment.
Unlike regular drop-off, restock inventory may be entered into the system after the initial item entry deadline and after the sale has already begun.
This allows you to:

Add additional inventory that you were unable to prepare before the original deadline.

Replace items that have already sold.

Take advantage of open space on the sales floor.

Increase your overall sales potential.

Restock Guidelines

All restock items must meet The MotherLoad quality standards.

All items must be properly entered into the system and tagged prior to arrival.

Restock inventory is subject to the same inspection process as all other merchandise.

Space may be limited and restock appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
